These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Serenity Spa & Boutique, located at 1112 S 17th Street, Markland Mall, Kokomo, IN, and our website at serenityspa-boutique.com.

By accessing our website or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you agree to these terms in full.

Services & Appointments

Serenity Spa & Boutique offers beauty and wellness services including threading, waxing, eyelash extensions, brow tinting, body waxing, and henna tattoo art.

• Walk-in services are available during regular business hours. No appointment is needed for most threading and waxing services.
• Mink Lash Extensions require a scheduled appointment. Appointments can be booked online through our Square booking system.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, or poses a health or safety risk.
• Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Virtual Queue & Walk-In Token System

We offer a virtual walk-in token system that allows customers to join a digital queue and receive an estimated wait time. By using this system, you agree to the following:

• Your token number holds your place in the queue but does not guarantee an exact service time.
• If you are not present when your token is called, your spot may be skipped and reassigned.
• The estimated wait time displayed is approximate and may vary based on service complexity and staffing.
• Token numbers are valid only for the current business day.

SMS Communications & Consent

When you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Serenity Spa & Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

SMS opt-in is voluntary. You may choose to receive your token number on-screen and check your queue status in person at the salon without providing a phone number.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carrier liability is not assumed.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide — including your name and phone number — is used solely to facilitate your salon visit and queue notifications.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in are used exclusively for queue and appointment notifications.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

Payments & Refunds

All services are payable at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

• Service prices are as listed and subject to change without notice.
• Combo deals and promotional pricing are available as advertised and may be discontinued at any time.
• Refunds are not offered for services already rendered. If you have a concern about your service, please speak with our staff before leaving the salon.

Limitation of Liability

Serenity Spa & Boutique takes every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual responses to beauty services or products used during treatments.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any known allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to service. By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge this responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Howard County, Indiana.
